Account deletion

Your BaD Coach account and associated data can be permanently deleted at any time. Pick the option that fits.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab on the right side of the bottom nav.
  3. Scroll down to the red "Delete account" button and tap it.
  4. In the confirmation modal, choose "Delete account".
  5. Your data is removed immediately; after a confirmation message you'll be returned to the sign-in screen.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and all onboarding data (name, age, weight, goals)
  • Every logged meal, workout and weigh-in
  • Every generated weekly review and any feedback you gave
  • Every uploaded progress photo
  • Your Firebase auth user record (the registered email can be reused for a new account)

If your account is tied to commission accounting (the trainer affiliate program), the affected ledger entries are pseudonymized β€” your account is no longer identifiable, but the trainer's reconciliation record is preserved. This is based on legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 17(3)(e).

Active subscriptions

If you have an active Play Store or App Store subscription, it does NOT stop with account deletion β€” you must cancel it separately in your Play Store / App Store subscriptions. Deletion does not trigger a refund.

Request deletion online (no app needed)

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion here. We'll process it within 7 business days and send a confirmation email to the address you provide.
